KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  

  • Responsible for recruitment process including drafting of staff requisitions; and placement of adverts in relevant sources.
  • Responsible for long listing and monitoring of the short listing of applications.
  • Ensure the proper development of interview questionnaires with input from relevant line management.
  • Involved in organizing panel members and acting as panellist as and when required.
  • Responsible for drafting recruitment reports and recommendations within 3 working days after the interview.
  • Prepare offer and contract of employment for the approval of the Chief Executive.
  • Involved in induction sessions preparations.
  • Facilitate the completion of monthly probation reports and follow up on finalizing permanent appointments for Chief Executive approval.
  • Conduct quarterly information sessions and induction of employees.
  • Assist with monitoring of Employment Equity programs and reporting.
  • Provide and monitor advisory services to line management.
  • Provide monthly, quarterly, and mid-year inputs for Human Resources and Extended Management Meetings.
  • Responsible for preparations of payment submissions and payments of service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Observe Health & Safety protocols and ensure compliance.
  • Assist with the implementation of change management processes.
  • All assignments as directed from time to time.

 

 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • National Diploma/B-Tech/Degree in Human Resources Management.
  • 2 -5 years’ experience in Human Resources environment.
  • Full understanding and involvement in Recruitment and Employment Equity processes.
  • Computer Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Valid Drivers’ License.
  • Sound Communication Skills.
  • Extensive understanding of Human Resources management legislative framework.
  • Sound knowledge of general HR processes.
  • Report Writing skills.
