KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Assist employees in the region with payroll/salary related activities.
  • Compile attendance registers for Admin and Security Departments
  • Assist employees with the completion of ill-health and retirement claims.
  • Relieve the switch personnel as and when required.
  • Keep copies of claims sent to Head Office on a monthly basis.
  • Assist the stores’ personnel with stock taking when required.
  • Reconcile leave, overtime and standby for submission to head office.
  • Assist employees in region with payroll/salary related activities.
  • Compile and reconcile all vehicle log sheets for all departments and submit them to head office on a monthly basis.
  • Compile rent and electricity accounts for employees as well as private tenants.
  • Preparation of claim forms for Medical practitioners and FEMA.
  • Processing and finalization of petty cash claims.
  • Reconcile and sign off on petty cash on a weekly basis.
  • Proper handover of petty cash to substitute custodian when going and returning from leave.
  • Always ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Observe Health and Safety Protocol.
  • All assignments directed from time to time.

  

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  •  Grade 12
  • Minimum 1-year clerical experience
  • Communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Customer care.
  • Valid driver's license.
